Heerbod has nearly two decades of experience in the water industry, both domestically and internationally. His expertise encompasses hydraulic and hydrological modelling and analysis, water resources modelling and analysis, and data science. He holds a Bachelor of Water Engineering, a Master of Water Resources Engineering, and is currently pursuing a PhD in IT, specialising in the application of AI to water resources management.

Outside of work, Heerbod enjoys playing/listening to music, reading books and travelling.
